Sep 16th The iconic toadstool

It's that time of the year when the fungi are everywhere particularly if you go for a woodland walk. This is one of our most recognisable ones and is infamous for its intoxicating effects. Amanita muscaria or the fly agaric, the red and white one although the cap colour can vary. Still brightened up the walk without eating it.
