I had hoped to book this for my birthday but was surprised to find it fully booked for both a Monday & Tuesday, in March!! So, 3rd time lucky and the we attended the Three Chimneys for their Tasting Menu. Expensive but certainly not disappointing for a restaurant rated in the top 50 in the WORLD. If you get the chance go.
