Mar 27th A starter course to remember Scotts Troon
It does take a lot for me to go wow when a plate of food is put in front of me, I know its sad but true. However, we tried to get into the sister restaurant Lido but it was full and we did not fancy an hour or so wait. Went up to Scotts as we had not been for about a year. I had the cold seafood starter, wow. Nothing fancy but a bowl of prawn cocktail, a bowl of mussels & clams, a langoustine, pickled herring, ciabatta bread, worth every penny, a happy diner.
