Apr 7th Bullrushes at Shewalton

We went for a walk round Shewalton woods which also is a small wetland area and at this time of the year the Bulrushes are shedding last years growth in preparation for the new season. Hopefully will soon see the reed warblers perched on these plants long stems, then I will know spring has arrived.
