Aug 5th Rabbit yum yum

Took a cycle along to Prestwick today to visit the local butcher who sells decent game that you rarely see elsewhere. My objective was venison stew but none available today, too early in the season. But they did have a couple of rabbits which I took home and jointed as below. Nice Spanish stew with tomato, peppers and onion with hot paprika for the seasoning, yum, yum.
